Les Grands Arbres is a range of ECOCERT-certified organic wines that favor natural methods and prevention, as well as respect for flora and fauna, by excluding the use of synthetic chemicals from growing methods.
Terroir
The vines are grown on deep soils. The climate is warm, and thanks to cool nights, the vines never run out of water. The vines are grown without chemical fertilizers, weedkillers or pesticides. Preventive methods, such as working the soil, controlling plant vigor through pruning, and aerating the grapes and leaves, are always favored for the greatest respect of nature.
Winemaking
Destemming and fermentation in vats with temperature control to slow fermentation and extend maceration from 15 to 25 days.

Tasting
Beautiful, intense red color. Scents of red berries (raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry), spices and subtle mineral notes. Round and elegant, with excellent balance.
Food pairings
Serve at 16°C with traditional cuisine, meats and cheeses.
