Vignobles Trouillet Lebeau

Located at the foot of the Roche de Solutré, on the slopes of the Mâconnais, Vignobles Trouillet Lebeau embody a refined and contemporary interpretation of southern Burgundy’s great white wines. Founded by William Trouillet and Caroline Trouillet Lebeau, the estate is rooted in a highly distinctive setting where Chardonnay thrives. From the outset, the project has focused on crafting wines that are precise, expressive and clearly anchored in their origin.

Through cuvées primarily drawn from Pouilly-Fuissé, the estate highlights clay-rich soils that bring depth, structure and aromatic complexity. What truly sets Vignobles Trouillet Lebeau apart is its pursuit of a Chardonnay that combines purity with refinement, generous in texture yet always controlled. Ageing on fine lees plays a key role in this balance, adding roundness and persistence without compromising clarity.

Beyond its striking location, the influence of the Roche de Solutré serves as a stylistic anchor. The winemaking favors a restrained, low-intervention approach designed to preserve the integrity of each terroir. The result is a range of wines that feel both approachable and precise, offering a clean, elegant and distinctly modern expression of the Mâconnais.
