Veuve Ambal

Located in Beaune, Veuve Ambal is one of the historic houses of Crémant de Bourgogne. Founded in the late 19th century by Marie Ambal, the house gradually established itself as a reference for sparkling wines made using the traditional method.

Today, Veuve Ambal is the leading producer of Crémant de Bourgogne, working with a large network of partner growers across the region to source grapes from Burgundy’s diverse terroirs.

The wines are crafted using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle and ageing on the lees, which brings finesse and complexity. The cuvées are known for their freshness, balance and elegance, reflecting the refined style of Burgundy’s sparkling wines.
