Domaine Bouzereau Gruere
Domaine Bouzereau Gruere
Founded in 1970 by Hubert Bouzereau, a seventh-generation winemaker from Meursault,
and his wife Marie-France Gruère, hailing from Chassagne-Montrachet, this family estate
combines two historic winemaking heritages. Since 2001, their daughters, Marie-Laure
and Marie-Anne, have joined the domaine, creating Domaine Hubert Bouzereau-
Gruère & Filles.
The 10-hectare estate spans six villages in the Côte de Beaune, producing
predominantly white wines, including Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-
Montrachet. Focused on soil management, yield control, and balanced oak aging, the
domaine crafts wines of concentration, purity, and freshness.
