Domaine Hubert Bouzereau-Gruère et Filles is a family estate born from the union of two historic winemaking families, one from Meursault and the other from Chassagne-Montrachet. Hubert Bouzereau, the seventh generation of winegrowers in his family, founded his own estate in 1970 alongside his wife, Marie-France Gruère.
Since 2001, their daughters, Marie-Laure and Marie-Anne, have joined the family business, giving the estate its current identity. Today, the vineyard covers 10 hectares across six villages in the Côte de Beaune, with production focused primarily on outstanding white wines.
The estate produces an impressive range of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Careful soil management, rigorous yield control and restrained oak ageing, with only a limited use of new barrels, allow the wines to express remarkable concentration, purity and freshness. Elegant and precise, they faithfully reflect the character of the great terroirs of the Côte de Beaune.
