Domaine Delin Legou
In the heart of Chablis, Domaine Delin-Legou carries on a long-standing family tradition deeply rooted in the Chablis vineyards. Founded in 1920 and now run by Romain and Aurélien Delin, the estate farms around 19 hectares of vines across the main Chablis appellations.
The vineyards lie on the region’s iconic Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in marine fossils, which give the wines their distinctive minerality and vibrant tension.
The domaine focuses on precise vineyard work and clean, minimal intervention winemaking to preserve the purity of Chardonnay and the expression of terroir.
The result is a range of Chablis that are bright, saline and precise, wines that faithfully capture the freshness and authenticity of this northern Burgundy terroir.
