Domaine Michel Bouzereau

Domaine Michel Bouzereau

The Bouzereau family has been established in Meursault for seven generations, maintaining a long-standing Burgundian winemaking tradition. Michel Bouzereau significantly expanded the family vineyard before passing the estate on to his son Jean-Baptiste in 1999.

Today, the domaine covers around 12 hectares, mainly planted with Chardonnay, across the prestigious appellations of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet.

Convinced that great wine begins in the vineyard, the estate follows a careful and reasoned approach to viticulture, with entirely manual harvesting. In the cellar, gentle pressing and ageing in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months help preserve the purity of the fruit.

This precise and artisanal approach results in wines that are rich, vibrant and elegant, faithfully reflecting the identity of the great terroirs of the Côte de Beaune.
