Nestled in the rolling hills of Beaujolais, Domaine de Sancy cultivates 9 hectares of vineyards dedicated to expressing the authentic character of Gamay. Planted on granite-rich slopes, the region’s emblematic grape variety develops freshness, finesse, and depth, giving rise to wines that are both genuine and approachable.

Great care is taken in the vineyard and carried through to the cellar, where traditional Beaujolais winemaking is employed. Semi-carbonic maceration with whole grape clusters and gentle extraction preserve the purity of the fruit while highlighting the unique identity of the terroir.

The wines are distinguished by aromas of cherry, violet, and subtle spice notes. Fresh, balanced, and generous on the palate, they offer excellent length and beautifully capture the convivial and authentic spirit of Beaujolais.
