Domaine Trouillet

Domaine Trouillet

Located in Solutré-Pouilly, at the foot of one of the Mâconnais’ most iconic landmarks, Domaine Trouillet is rooted in a family history spanning four generations. Now led by William Trouillet and Caroline, the estate continues this legacy with a strong sense of continuity, remaining deeply connected to its village and its terroirs rather than seeking stylistic rupture.

The vineyard, covering around 20 hectares, allows the domaine to explore several key expressions of southern Burgundy through appellations such as Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Loché and Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly. This diversity is structured around a particularly strong foothold in Solutré-Pouilly, which brings coherence and identity to the range. The wines reflect a clear reading of the area’s limestone soils, with a focus on balance, purity and a faithful expression of place.

What sets Domaine Trouillet apart lies in this combination of location, continuity and consistency. In a highly recognized setting such as Solutré, the estate does not rely on image, but rather on the strength of its foundations and its steady evolution. It stands as a well-established address, valued for its reliability and its direct, unembellished expression of the Mâconnais.
