Château Sainte Eulalie is a family-owned estate located in La Livinière, the historic heart of the first officially recognized cru of the Languedoc. Founded in 1868 and now run by Isabelle and Laurent Coustal, the estate has become one of the leading references of Minervois La Livinière, combining Mediterranean depth with refinement and elegance.

The vineyard covers around 34 hectares planted on rocky clay-limestone terraces at an altitude of approximately 250 meters. Sheltered from northern winds and benefiting from ideal southern exposure, the vines enjoy a privileged environment that allows slow and balanced ripening while preserving freshness and aromatic precision. Careful parcel selection, controlled yields, and meticulous ageing reflect the domaine’s commitment to expressing the singular identity of its terroir.
