Maison Jean-Baptiste Faure offers a refined interpretation of Limoux’s great sparkling wines, crafted in a historic terroir shaped by both Mediterranean influences and the cool freshness of the Pyrenean foothills. In this landscape of high-altitude vineyards swept by mountain winds, the house reveals the full nobility of an appellation regarded as one of the oldest birthplaces of sparkling wine in France.

Driven by a constant pursuit of elegance and precision, the house carefully selects grapes from some of the finest hillside parcels of the appellation. Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir develop a particularly pure and luminous expression here, supported by slow ripening conditions that preserve aromatic finesse, natural tension and balance.

The cuvées are produced according to the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle followed by extended ageing on fine lees, bringing depth, delicacy and complexity. The bubbles are remarkably fine, while the wines reveal a chiselled profile combining fresh citrus, white flowers and subtle brioche notes.
