Domaine de Blayac is located in the heart of the Languedoc, in La Caunette within the Minervois appellation, surrounded by Mediterranean landscapes of garrigue, southern winds and abundant sunshine. This family estate, managed by Stéphane Blayac since 2003, covers around 40 hectares of vineyards cultivated with passion and a constant search for balance between generosity, freshness and terroir expression.

The vineyard is planted on particularly stony clay-limestone soils ideally suited to Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. Combined with the Mediterranean climate and the area’s natural influences, these terroirs allow optimal grape ripening while preserving freshness and aromatic intensity. The estate follows a sustainable approach to viticulture, with manual harvesting ensuring careful grape selection.

In the cellar, vinification is carried out with precision in order to preserve fruit purity and varietal identity. The red wines reveal generous notes of ripe black fruits, spices and garrigue, supported by elegant structure and long persistence. More confidential, the white wines stand out for their freshness, finesse and balance.
