In Puligny-Montrachet, at the heart of one of the world’s greatest Chardonnay terroirs, Alain Chavy continues a long family tradition of winemaking in the village. After the division of the family estate in the early 2000s, he established his own domaine with the ambition of offering a personal and precise interpretation of Puligny’s climats.

The vineyard covers around 10 hectares, mostly located on the limestone slopes of the appellation. What truly sets the estate apart is the remarkable purity of its wines, shaped by restrained oak ageing and a constant search for balance.

The cuvées reveal precise, finely chiselled Puligny-Montrachet, where minerality and elegance take precedence over power
