David Duband
Located in Chevannes in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits area of Burgundy, Domaine David Duband covers approximately 17 hectares at the heart of the Côte de Nuits. Rooted in a family winemaking heritage dating back to the 1960s, David Duband took over the estate in the early 1990s and represents a new generation focused on respect for nature and terroir expression.
The vineyards are farmed organically, without chemical inputs, and harvested entirely by hand. The estate works with renowned appellations such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny and Nuits-Saint-Georges.
In the cellar, the philosophy favors minimal intervention, using indigenous yeasts and gentle ageing in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months. A portion of each vintage is kept to monitor the wines’ evolution over time, reflecting a patient and precise approach. The wines are known for their elegance, purity and clear expression of Burgundian climats.
