In the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, in Chevannes, Domaine des Chambris offers an elegant and authentic interpretation of Burgundy. Managed by Pierre Laurent, the estate spans approximately 15 hectares of vineyards, divided between Chevannes and L’Étang-Vergy, two sites with distinctive yet complementary identities.
At L’Étang-Vergy, the vineyards lie on the foothills of the historic Château de Vergy, a remarkable site in Burgundy’s heritage, where Pinot Noir finds a particularly favourable setting. In Chevannes, south-facing plots provide Chardonnay with excellent ripening conditions while preserving the freshness characteristic of the Hautes-Côtes.
This mosaic of terroirs gives rise to wines defined by pure fruit, finesse and balance. Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, Aligoté and Passetoutgrain sit alongside prestigious appellations such as Gevrey-Chambertin and Nuits-Saint-Georges. Together, they embody the estate’s philosophy: an understated, precise and generous expression of Burgundy, where each wine seeks above all to reveal the elegance of its origin.
