Domaine des Homs is a family-owned estate located in Cesseras, in the heart of the Minervois, between the garrigue landscape and the foothills of the Montagne Noire. For three generations, the de Crozals family has cultivated a deeply Mediterranean vision of wine, rooted in authenticity, biodiversity, and a strong sense of place. The estate traces its origins back to the ancient Villa Maïana, a Carolingian site where vines were already cultivated more than a thousand years ago.

The vineyard covers around 30 hectares and has been certified organic since 2006. Great attention is given to preserving the natural balance of the ecosystem through agroforestry practices, tree planting, and the protection of local biodiversity. This holistic approach helps maintain freshness, balance, and vitality throughout the wines.
