Domaine de Fenouillet is located in Beaumes-de-Venise, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, in one of the Southern Rhône Valley’s most remarkable terroirs. The family estate, now run by Vincent and Delphine Soard, covers around 35 hectares across Beaumes-de-Venise, Vacqueyras and Ventoux.

The vineyard benefits from a great diversity of soils and microclimates, shaped by altitude, the influence of the Dentelles mountains and the cooling winds descending from Mont Ventoux. These conditions allow slow and balanced grape ripening, preserving freshness and aromatic intensity despite the southern climate. The clay-limestone slopes and stony terraces provide an elegant expression of the Rhône’s great grape varieties.

Certified Organic, the estate follows a respectful approach focused on soil preservation and natural balance, with controlled yields and harvesting at optimal ripeness. In the cellar, winemaking aims above all to preserve fruit purity and balance.

Domaine de Fenouillet stands out for a style combining depth, freshness and finesse. The red wines reveal notes of black fruits, spices and garrigue, while the Muscats seduce with aromas of candied citrus, white flowers and remarkable freshness on the palate.
