Domaine Julie Belland

Domaine Julie Belland

Based in Meursault, Domaine Julie Belland is a family estate of around 7 hectares, with vineyards spread across several renowned villages of the Côte de Beaune, including Meursault, Volnay, Pommard and Beaune. This mosaic of parcels allows the domaine to express both the richness of Burgundy’s great Chardonnay terroirs and the finesse of Pinot Noir.

Julie Belland represents the fourth generation of the family to work these vines. Before taking over the estate, she gained experience abroad, notably in New Zealand, broadening her perspective on viticulture. Back in Meursault, she now combines Burgundy’s traditions with a more contemporary outlook.

Both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the approach remains precise and balanced: controlled yields, manual harvesting and carefully judged oak ageing to preserve the purity of the fruit and the identity of each terroir. The wines stand out for their elegance and balance, with mineral-driven Meursault and refined, silky Pinot Noirs that faithfully reflect the great villages of the Côte de Beaune.
