Domaine Didier Amiot

Domaine Didier Amiot

In the heart of Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Didier Amiot is a family estate deeply rooted in the Côte de Nuits. Today run by Didier Amiot and his son Léon, the domaine farms around 8 hectares of vineyards spread across Morey-Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny and Gevrey-Chambertin, including several Premier Cru and Grand Cru sites.

One of the estate’s defining features is its heritage of old vines, with some parcels—particularly in Morey-Saint-Denis, between 50 and 70 years old. These mature vines bring notable depth and complexity to the wines.

Both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the domaine follows a precise and thoughtful approach, with winemaking that aims above all to reveal the natural finesse of Pinot Noir and the unique character of each terroir.

The wines stand out for their structure, elegance and ageing potential, offering an authentic expression of the great terroirs of the Côte de Nuits.
