The Domaine Amiot & Fils is a discreet and highly respected estate in Morey-Saint-Denis, at the heart of the Côte de Nuits. Founded by Pierre Amiot, the domaine is now run by Jean-Louis Amiot alongside his son Léon, continuing a family tradition rooted in precision and deep respect for terroir.
The vineyard covers around 5 hectares across Morey-Saint-Denis, Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny. The range is both complete and coherent, from regional appellations to the Grand Crus Clos de la Roche and Charmes-Chambertin, which combine finesse, depth and controlled power.
Committed to respectful vineyard practices and minimal-intervention winemaking, the domaine is also known for its deliberately late releases. Wines are only brought to market once they begin to open and harmonise, reflecting a philosophy of patience and high standards.
