In Vosne-Romanée, at the heart of the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat is one of those discreet estates behind some of the village’s most elegant wines. Long led by Alain Hudelot-Noëllat, the domaine is now guided by Charles Van Canneyt, representing the new generation of the family.
The estate farms around 10 hectares of vineyards across some of the Côte de Nuits’ most prestigious terroirs, including Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vougeot, with several Grand Cru holdings such as Richebourg, Romanée-Saint-Vivant and Clos de Vougeot.
One distinctive aspect of the domaine lies in its historic family inheritance: many of its parcels come from vineyards passed down through several old winemaking families of Vosne-Romanée. Over generations, this heritage has given the estate access to some exceptionally well-located plots within the village.
In the cellar, winemaking remains precise and measured, aiming to preserve the clarity and elegance of each terroir.
The wines stand out for their silky texture, depth and remarkable precision, offering a refined and luminous expression of the great terroirs of Vosne-Romanée.
