Domaine Corsin
Located in Davayé, in the southern Mâconnais, Domaine Corsin is a family estate established on these hillsides since the late 19th century. As early as 1935, with the creation of the AOC system, the family was among the first to bottle its wines as Pouilly-Fuissé and Mâcon Blanc, shaping the domaine’s identity from the outset.
Today, Jérémy Corsin, representing the sixth generation, continues the family legacy alongside his uncle Gilles. The estate spans 13.6 hectares of vineyards planted on east, south-east and north-east facing slopes, between 180 and 280 metres in altitude.
On these clay-limestone soils, the domaine produces wines from Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and Mâcon-Villages, combining elegance and precision. Work in the vineyard follows the natural rhythm of the vine, and harvesting is carried out entirely by hand to ensure optimal grape quality.
In the cellar, controlled fermentations and ageing in oak barrels reveal wines that are pure, expressive and well-balanced.
