Domaine Machard de Gramont is a historic family-owned estate located in Prissey, near Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. Founded in the 19th century, the domaine is now led by Alban Machard de Gramont, who represents a new generation committed to expressing the elegance and identity of Burgundy’s finest terroirs.

The vineyard covers around 15 hectares across several prestigious appellations of the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, including Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, Aloxe-Corton, and Pernand-Vergelesses. Vineyard management focuses on respectful farming practices and careful parcel selection, with particular attention paid to balance, precision, and optimal ripeness.

The winemaking philosophy emphasizes purity, finesse, and terroir expression. Ageing is carried out with restraint in order to preserve the character of the fruit and the nuance of each appellation.
