Domaine Jacques Carillon

Domaine Jacques Carillon

In Puligny-Montrachet, one of Burgundy’s most iconic villages for great white wines, Domaine Jacques Carillon is rooted in a long family tradition. The Carillon family has been cultivating vines here since the 16th century, making it one of the oldest winegrowing families in the village.

The estate took its current form in 2010, when Jacques Carillon passed part of the family vineyards to his son, who created the Domaine François Carillon. Rather than continuing under a single structure, father and son chose to follow their own paths, creating two distinct interpretations of the same family heritage.

Remaining faithful to the classic spirit of Puligny-Montrachet, Jacques Carillon favors a precise and restrained approach, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The wines stand out for their tension, finesse and remarkable purity, offering elegant and luminous Puligny-Montrachet that faithfully express the mineral character of the village’s great limestone terroirs.
