Domaine Jacques Carillon

Domaine Jacques Carillon

Located in Puligny-Montrachet, one of Burgundy's most celebrated villages for white wines, Domaine Jacques Carillon is rooted in a family tradition dating back to the 16th century, making the Carillon family one of the village's oldest winemaking dynasties.

The estate took its current form in 2010, when the historic Louis Carillon estate was divided between the two brothers, Jacques and François Carillon, each pursuing his own vision of winemaking. Jacques Carillon subsequently established his own estate, which now spans 5 hectares of vineyards, primarily in Puligny-Montrachet, with additional parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin and Mercurey.

Faithful to the classic style of Puligny-Montrachet, Jacques Carillon follows a meticulous and understated approach in both the vineyard and the cellar. His wines are renowned for their precision, tension and exceptional purity, producing elegant Chardonnays that faithfully express the minerality and depth of the finest limestone terroirs of the Côte de Beaune.
