Maison Aymeric Mazilly
Located in Meloisey, in the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Maison Aymeric Mazilly was founded in 2004 with the ambition of extending the work of the family estate. Through this structure, Aymeric Mazilly carefully selects grapes from partner growers in order to explore some of the finest terroirs of the Côte de Beaune.
The house focuses particularly on great Chardonnay terroirs, especially around Meursault. In the cellar, winemaking emphasizes precision and finesse, with gentle pressing and carefully balanced oak ageing.
The resulting wines offer purity, elegance and balance, expressing with clarity the character of Burgundy’s great white wines.
