Rooted in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Domaine Chevillon-Chezeaux is a true family estate, with several generations dedicated to vine growing. Its commitment to preserving the identity of Burgundy’s great terroirs is reflected in rigorous, environmentally respectful vineyard practices. The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, with meticulous soil work that promotes optimal ripening of Pinot Noir. Vinification follows traditional methods, with open-top fermentations and extended ageing in French oak barrels, bringing aromatic complexity and remarkable depth to the wines.

True to this spirit of precision, the estate is one of the few in Nuits-Saint-Georges to vinify separately two cuvées from the prestigious “Les Saint-Georges” climat: a classic version, and a “Vieilles Vignes” cuvée made from parcels over 70 years old.
