Domaine Duvernay Père & Fils

Domaine Duvernay Père & Fils

Domaine Duvernay Père & Fils is a family-owned estate located in Rully, in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise. Founded in 1973, the domaine is now run by Dominique and Patricia Duvernay, who continue a deeply Burgundian vision of winemaking rooted in precision, balance, and respect for terroir.

The vineyard covers around 12 hectares across the appellations of Rully and Mercurey, with Chardonnay as the dominant grape variety alongside Pinot Noir. Each parcel is carefully managed and vinified separately in order to preserve the unique identity of every climat. The ageing process is conducted with restraint and elegance, allowing the purity of the fruit and the expression of the soils to remain at the forefront.

The estate produces refined and finely textured white wines, driven by freshness and mineral tension, as well as delicate and harmonious reds with silky tannins and vibrant fruit. Premier Cru vineyards such as Les Raclots, Rabourcé, and Les Champs Cloux perfectly reflect the domaine’s signature style: precise, authentic, and elegant wines that faithfully express the character of Rully’s terroirs.
