François Carillon

Located in Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine François Carillon is part of a winemaking lineage dating back to the 16th century. Officially established in 2010 following the division of the family estate, it reflects François Carillon’s vision of precise and terroir-driven viticulture.

The vineyard covers around 16 hectares, spread across some of the finest climats of the Côte de Beaune, notably Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. The vines are farmed using a reasoned approach, without herbicides since 1992, with careful soil management.

The wines, mainly crafted from Chardonnay, are known for their purity, minerality and balance. Oak ageing remains deliberately restrained, allowing each parcel to express its identity through wines that are precise, elegant and remarkably refined, making the domaine a benchmark of Puligny-Montrachet.
