Located in the heart of the Mâconnais, Domaine de Rochebin, long established on the heights of Azé, is now based in Péronne. Founded in 1921, the estate has been exclusively dedicated to viticulture since 1972. Representing the third generation, Jean-Pierre Marillier passed the estate on to his son Mickaël in 1991, who continues to develop it with precision and ambition, alongside Laurent Chardigny, in charge of winemaking since 2008.

The vineyard extends over 55 hectares, a significant portion of which originates from former lands of the Abbey of Cluny, giving the estate a strong historical foundation. Benefiting from a remarkable diversity of terroirs, Domaine de Rochebin cultivates the four great Burgundian grape varieties—Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté and Gamay—offering a broad and nuanced expression of the Mâconnais.

Committed to a sustainable, reasoned approach to viticulture, the estate promotes cover cropping across its parcels and is certified HVE Level 3, reflecting its environmental commitment. This dedication, combined with strong family continuity and technical expertise, enables Domaine de Rochebin to craft wines that are precise, balanced and true to their terroir.
