Domaine Rollin Père & Fils
Domaine Rollin Père & Fils
Perched on the slopes of Pernand-Vergelesses, at the foot of the famous Corton hill, Domaine Rollin Père et Fils is one of those family estates that embodies the discreet yet authentic spirit of the Côte de Beaune. For several generations, the Rollin family has cultivated its vines on these limestone slopes, where the vine seems to grow in direct dialogue with the rock.
Today led by Simon Rollin, the estate covers around 12 hectares spread across Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton and Savigny-lès-Beaune, with parcels on the legendary Corton hill, notably in Corton and Corton-Charlemagne.
The domaine’s signature lies in the energy and freshness of its wines, closely linked to the altitude and stony soils of Pernand-Vergelesses. Winemaking remains precise and restrained in order to preserve this natural tension: the whites reveal a finely chiselled minerality, while the reds offer refined, vibrant Pinot Noirs of great elegance.
