Located in Poilly-sur-Serein, southeast of Chablis, Domaine des Pérégrins embodies the revival of a historic winegrowing terroir. Founded in 1982 by Laurent Moreau, the estate restored these limestone slopes to viticulture after decades of mixed farming.

Today, the domaine covers 13 to 14 hectares, planted exclusively with Chardonnay and producing Petit Chablis and Chablis. Since 2011, Éléonore Moreau, alongside her brother, has overseen the winemaking and continued to shape the estate’s distinctive identity.

Viticulture follows a respectful approach, with soil cultivation, cover crops and an end to mechanical weeding. Certified organic since the 2022 vintage, the estate favours low-intervention winemaking and extended ageing on the lees.
From Petit Chablis to more distinctive selections such as Chablis Premier Cru Côte de Jouan, the wines offer a precise expression of the region’s Jurassic soils, combining minerality, purity and the natural elegance of Chardonnay.
