Domaine Des Temps Perdus
Domaine des Temps Perdus is based in Préhy, in the Yonne region of Burgundy, near Chablis, Saint-Bris and Irancy. In 1992, Clotilde Davenne planted her first Chardonnay vines here, after years working as a cellar master in Chablis. The estate's name reflects its origins—built gradually during her "lost time"—and her thoughtful, passionate approach to viticulture.
Today, the vineyard covers around 30 hectares, made up of small plots with varied grape varieties and vine ages. This Burgundian mosaic allows for the expression of diverse terroirs: the minerality of Chardonnay in Chablis, the freshness of Sauvignon in Saint-Bris, and the elegance of Pinot Noir in Irancy. Each wine is crafted with care, guided by a deep respect for the land and its natural rhythms.
