At the foot of the Rocher des Vierges, on the first foothills of the Larzac, Domaine de l’Argenteille lies at the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac and Saint-Saturnin appellations. A family property for four generations, the estate covers 14 hectares, including 10 hectares of producing vineyards. In 2011, Véronique and Roger began vinifying their own grapes, before being joined in 2016 by Victor, bringing new energy to the family story.

The vines, averaging 35 years of age, grow on clay-limestone soils scattered with rounded pebbles, at around 150 metres above sea level. Significant day-to-night temperature variations, the proximity of the Larzac and the Tramontane wind encourage slow ripening and preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The vineyards are planted notably with Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre.

Certified Terra Vitis and High Environmental Value (HVE), the estate places biodiversity and soil preservation at the heart of its philosophy. Domaine de l’Argenteille produces authentic Mediterranean wines where freshness, finesse and elegance beautifully balance the natural generosity of the Languedoc.
