Domaine Lathuiliere Gravallon

Domaine Lathuiliere Gravallon

Since 1875, the vine has been at the heart of the Lathuilière Gravallon family history in Beaujolais. Today, Cathy and Cédric Lathuilière carry on this legacy with dedication, combining respect for tradition with a precise and modern understanding of their terroirs.

Certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) Level 3, the estate spans several notable Beaujolais appellations, including Morgon, Brouilly and Chénas. Vineyard management follows a careful and sustainable approach, with natural grass cover, exclusively manual harvesting and meticulous attention to each parcel. The estate’s originality lies in its balance between tradition and innovation. For over 10 years, no herbicides have been used on the most accessible plots, and winemaking focuses on achieving finesse and authenticity. Long fermentations, combined with ageing in oak barrels and demi-muids, bring depth and complexity while preserving the pure expression of Gamay.

Domaine Lathuilière Gravallon stands out for this harmony between family heritage, respect for nature and a constant pursuit of elegance. Its Morgon, Brouilly and Chénas offer expressive, generous and refined interpretations of Beaujolais, with wines that are precise, vibrant and deeply rooted in their terroirs.
