Since 1875, winegrowing has shaped the history of the Lathuilière Gravallon family in the heart of Beaujolais. Today, Cathy and Cédric Lathuilière continue this legacy with dedication, combining respect for tradition with a precise expression of terroir. The estate spans 10 hectares of vineyards across several emblematic appellations, including Morgon, Brouilly and Chénas.
Certified High Environmental Value Level 3 (HVE), the vineyards are managed with particular attention to soil health and biodiversity. Natural grass cover, hand harvesting and the absence of herbicides for over 10 years on mechanisable parcels reflect this commitment. In the cellar, long fermentations and ageing in oak barrels and demi-muids bring depth and complexity without masking the natural expression of Gamay.
