Vineyard management follows a careful and sustainable approach, with natural grass cover, exclusively manual harvesting and meticulous attention to each parcel. The estate’s originality lies in its balance between tradition and innovation. For over 10 years, no herbicides have been used on the most accessible plots, and winemaking focuses on achieving finesse and authenticity. Long fermentations, combined with ageing in oak barrels and demi-muids, bring depth and complexity while preserving the pure expression of Gamay.
