Domaine Jacques Dury
Located in the heart of Rully in the Côte Chalonnaise, Domaine Jacques Dury was founded in 1955, evolving from a mixed farming estate into a fully dedicated wine domaine. Today, the third and fourth generations, Hervé and Rémi Dury, are at the helm. Rémi was notably awarded Young Winemaker of the Year of the Côte Chalonnaise in 2023.
The vineyard covers approximately 16 hectares, mainly planted on the limestone and marl soils of southern Rully, with an eastern exposure that ensures a remarkable balance between freshness and precision. The range fully reflects Burgundy’s identity, with finely crafted white wines including Rully 1er Cru Meix Cadot, Margotés and Montmorin, some sourced from vines planted in 1945 and 1946, alongside elegant red wines made from Pinot Noir grown on predominantly red clay soils.
Driven by a strong family vision and a constant commitment to quality, Domaine Jacques Dury embodies a harmonious balance between tradition and modernity, producing wines that are elegant, structured and marked by a distinctive mineral character.
