A delicate and refreshing white wine !
Terroir
Grapes come from different areas located in the south of France: vineyards which are under Mediterranean influence and whose clay and limestone soils bring aromatic richness to the wine, and cooler vineyards in the Aude Valley whose grapes will lend finesse and freshness to the wine.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested early in the morning. Rapid and gentle pressing keeps the juice light in aspect. Vinification takes place under low temperatures. The wine is racked immediately once alcoholic fermentation is complete.

Tasting
A floral and fruity nose (lychee, vineyard peach, lemon and grapefruit) that meld with a touch of white pepper and ginger. Round and refreshing on the palate.
