Les Grands Arbres is a range of ECOCERT-certified organic wines that favor natural methods and prevention, as well as respect for flora and fauna, by excluding the use of synthetic chemicals from growing methods.
Terroir
The vines are grown on deep soils. The climate is warm, and thanks to cool nights, the vines never run out of water. The vines are grown without chemical fertilizers, weedkillers or pesticides. Preventive methods, such as working the soil, controlling plant vigor through pruning, and aerating the grapes and leaves, are always favored for the greatest respect of nature.
Winemaking
Harvesting takes place early in the morning to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Direct pressing and settling, low-temperature fermentation to obtain a fruity wine, balanced between roundness and freshness.

Tasting
A lovely pink color, this wine presents fruity aromas of grenadine and red fruits, followed by a round, fresh mouthfeel.
Food pairings
Served well chilled (8°-10°C), it is excellent as an aperitif and with pizzas, salads and grilled meats.
