Presentation
Built in 1163 in Paris, France, the Notre-Dame Cathedral of Paris is one of the main historical monuments in the world. After suffering a devastating fire in April 2019, the cathedral remains more alive than ever. This N.D.P. vintage is a tribute to this exceptional monument and its history.
Terroir
The maritime vineyards of the Mediterranean coast allow for a gentle maturation of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Winemaking
The winemaking process begins with a long maceration, partly at low temperature, to extract fruity characteristics, while some of the wines are fermented at higher temperature in French and American oak barrels to obtain spicier notes.
Ageing
Aging for 6 to 9 months in oak barrels.

Tasting
This wine features elegant notes of licorice, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, black cherries, and a spicy hint of cinnamon. On the palate, the tannins are velvety. It is elegant and complex. It finishes with delicate aromas of cedarwood.

Serve at 16°C with cold cuts, white meats (cream-based poultry dishes) and traditional dishes.
