The Domain of VINS MAISON JAMBON opens its doors in 2019 to the production of ORGANIC wine with the creation of the company VIGNOBLES JAMBON on an area of 8 hectares spread over 3 appellations and two grape varieties. This type of cultivation leads us to no longer use organic molecules and commits us to the path of restructuring and soil amendment, herbicides becoming "persona non grata" for the greater good of biodiversity. The production of organic wines thus promotes interaction between species, soil life, the sustainability of animal and plant species and their natural ecosystems. This transition to ORGANIC of part of the DOMAINE des VINS MAISON JAMBON is for us a way to revive
