A fruity and spicy elegant French wine made from a grape variety originating from the Western part of France !
Terroir
Grapes come from different vineyards located mainly in the western part of France to benefit from oceanic climate.
Winemaking
Long maceration partly at low temperature allowing to extract some fruit characters while part of the wines are fermented at higher temperature with French and American oak in order to get more spicy notes.
Ageing
6-to-9-month ageing in oak on the fine lees, with a racking after about 4 months.
Varietal
Cabernet franc : 100%
Tasting
Refreshing and subtle aromas of strawberries, raspberries and bellpepper with beautifully integrated toast. The palate displays lovely soft tanins and the fruity sweetness marries perfectly with the smokiness to offer a fresh and juicy wine.
