Les Grands Arbres is a range of ECOCERT-certified organic wines that favor natural methods and prevention, as well as respect for flora and fauna, by excluding the use of synthetic chemicals from growing methods.
Terroir
The vines are grown on deep soils. The climate is warm, and thanks to cool nights, the vines never run out of water. The vines are grown without chemical fertilizers, weedkillers or pesticides. Preventive methods, such as working the soil, controlling plant vigor through pruning, and aerating the grapes and leaves, are always favored for the greatest respect of nature.
Winemaking
Destemming and fermentation in vats under total temperature control to slow fermentation and extend maceration by more than 25 days.

Tasting
A beautiful, intense red color, this wine has aromas of red and black fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant), spices and Provencal herbs, as well as subtle mineral notes. Very round and elegant on the palate, with fine, delicate tannins. Beautiful balance.
Food pairings
Serve at 16°C with traditional cuisine, meats and cheeses.
