Inspired by art and music, this name bridges the gap between the passion and authenticity of this iconic musical genre and the Rolle grape, at the heart of our vintages. Just as Rock'N Roll revolutionized music, Rolle, with its subtle aromas and freshness, redefines the tasting experience. Each bottle of "Rock'N Rolle" celebrates boldness, artistic expression, and the pleasure of wine, creating a perfect harmony between the art of the vine and the art of music.
Terroir
Our Grenache and Syrah grape varieties come from low-yield mountain vineyards located in the south of France, on the hillsides between the Pyrenees and the Cevennes. The Mourvèdre, on the other hand, comes from cooler maritime vineyards located along the Mediterranean coast.
Winemaking
The three grape varieties are vinified in the traditional way with a long maceration to fully extract the aromas and structure of the wine. A small portion of Mourvèdre is fermented with whole clusters to intensify the fruity flavors. After fermentation, the wines are aged separately for about 6 months. The final blend is then carefully crafted by our oenologist to create a harmonious, rich, and fruity wine.
