The "Jazz & Musette" wine range celebrates the French art of living, where conviviality and pleasure blend together. Our bi-varietal wines, such as Grenache-Cinsault, Chardonnay-Grenache, and Cabernet-Syrah, are designed to evoke the warm ambiance of small cafes where people gather to have a drink, dance, and enjoy music. "Jazz & Musette" embodies this unique atmosphere, where each sip recalls the harmonious chords of a lively evening, punctuated by jazz notes and musette tunes, offering a wine experience as vibrant as these iconic places.
Terroir
The vineyards are grown on various clay-limestone soils.
Winemaking
The bunches are completely destemmed and undergo a long maceration at low temperature (in order to obtain a rich and long wine), with pumping over. Malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is aged in tanks for 6 months. 5 to 10% are in contact with wood to give complexity to the wine.

Tasting
This wine offers a beautiful dark red color. It reveals delicious aromas of blackcurrant and strawberry enhanced with spicy nuances. It is an elegant, complex, and velvety wine.

To be enjoyed between 16 and 18°C with a Parmentier pie, a gratin, grilled meat, cold cuts or cheese.
