The Beau Chêne wines are inspired by the majestic oaks that populate the French forests. Like these often centuries-old trees deeply rooted in the earth, our wines come from vines that draw their character and balance from the depths of the soil.
Terroir
The grapes come from limestone soils located at an average altitude of 400 meters.
Winemaking
The grapes were fermented in small units at low temperature to preserve their fruit, and were aged in stainless steel tanks for 10 months.

Tasting
Beautiful bright red dress, lively and limpid. This wine presents notes of red fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant), spices (cinnamon, cumin) and aromatic herbs such as thyme or laurel. It is elegant, round and long in the mouth, with good acidity, without any aggressiveness.

Serve at room temperature with traditional dishes, pâtés, stews, meats in sauce, and cheeses.
