Domaine de la Juvinière is located in Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, France. Founded in 1947, this family estate is currently managed by the seven daughters of the Dardouillier family. The estate covers some 45 hectares, producing a variety of wines under several prestigious appellations, including six Grands Crus and fifteen Premiers Crus. Domaine de la Juvinière wines are renowned for their finesse, elegance and balance, perfectly reflecting the region's unique terroir. The estate produces both red and white wines, with grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Clay-chalk soils rich in marl, located on the slopes of the Corton hill – a terroir renowned for complexity and depth.

In the vineyard

Vineyard work includes soil cultivation, adaptive treatments using natural products, and canopy management tailored to vintage conditions, ensuring healthy vines and optimal ripeness.

Winemaking

Includes a cold maceration period before fermentation. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks with strict temperature control to preserve freshness and varietal purity.

Ageing

Aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, allowing a refined integration of wood.

Tasting

Deep ruby-red color with garnet highlights. Aromas of blackcurrant, forest floor, dark fruits, and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is elegant, balanced, and powerful, with firm tannins and a moderate oak finish that complements without overpowering.
