Presentation
Created in 2003 in Puligny-Montrachet, the estate is managed by Alain Chavy, from a renowned wine-growing family. Following the division of the family estate, he now exploits 10 hectares, mainly in AOC Puligny-Montrachet, with some parcels in Chassagne and Meursault. Cultural practices are thoughtful: sustainable farming, absence of herbicides, manual plowing. Harvesting is done by hand to ensure optimal maturity. The wines are aged in oak barrels with a precise approach that preserves their minerality and tension. Among the flagship cuvées are the Premier Crus Les Folatières and Les Pucelles. What distinguishes the estate: an authentic expression of the great terroirs of Puligny, with wines of great purity and length.
