A fresh and fruity white wine which expresses the great aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc.
Terroir
The grapes for this wine come from four terroirs: the Hérault plain which gives fruit and roundness, the Gard, the Aude valley which brings complex aromas, and the eastern part of the Aude area, a colder region where the grapes give freshness to the wine.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested early in the morning. Skin fermentation is made a few hours before pressing and the alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats. The wine is aged for a few months on the lees. There is no malolactic fermentation in order to keep freshness.

Tasting
A pale yellow colour. Fruity and fresh, this wine has passion fruit flavours underlined by hint of lemon and flowers. Very aromatic, it has a rich and round finish.
