The Beau Chêne wines are inspired by the majestic oaks that populate the French forests. Like these often centuries-old trees deeply rooted in the earth, our wines come from vines that draw their character and balance from the depths of the soil.

Winemaking
The winemaking process of this wine includes a maceration period of 6 to 10 days and a pre-fermentation hot maceration period.
