Each wine is crafted by our oenologists to reveal and express the purity and authenticity of the grape(s) it represents, offering a tasting experience true to its terroir. “L’Expression du …” highlights the know-how and diversity of the French vineyard heritage.
Harvest
Pinot Gris is one of the early ripening grape varieties. It is harvested mechanically.
Winemaking
The vinification of our Pinot Gris is carried out with great attention to preserve its freshness and elegance. It all starts with a direct and rapid pressing of the grapes, thus avoiding any extraction of color, ensuring a clear and bright white wine. Then, the musts are cold clarified, which allows to eliminate impurities and to obtain a clean and pure base for fermentation. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 15°C and 17°C, favoring a slow evolution that preserves the aromatic finesse of the Pinot Gris.
Ageing
After this stage, the wine is aged on its fine lees in tanks for several months. This lees aging technique helps to bring roundness and complexity to the wine, while giving it a smooth texture. Finally, before bottling, the wine is carefully prepared to find a perfect balance between freshness and creaminess, offering a refined and expressive Pinot Gris.

This Pinot Gris presents itself with a pale yellow robe, reflecting its youth and liveliness. From the first nose, it reveals a beautiful minerality with subtle notes of flint.
