Presentation

Created in 2003 in Puligny-Montrachet, the estate is managed by Alain Chavy, from a renowned wine-growing family. Following the division of the family estate, he now exploits 10 hectares, mainly in AOC Puligny-Montrachet, with some parcels in Chassagne and Meursault. Cultural practices are thoughtful: sustainable farming, absence of herbicides, manual plowing. Harvesting is done by hand to ensure optimal maturity. The wines are aged in oak barrels with a precise approach that preserves their minerality and tension. Among the flagship cuvées are the Premier Crus Les Folatières and Les Pucelles. What distinguishes the estate: an authentic expression of the great terroirs of Puligny, with wines of great purity and length.

Tasting

A rich wine with a lovely saline character. The nose is delicate and refined, offering aromas of ripe grapefruit and lemon. Its profile reflects both finesse and depth, driven by the stony minerality of its premier cru-like terroir.
