Presentation
The Beau Chêne wines are inspired by the majestic oaks that populate the French forests. Like these often centuries-old trees deeply rooted in the earth, our wines come from vines that draw their character and balance from the depths of the soil.
Terroir
The grapes come from limestone soils.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested very early in the morning and pressed directly. The juice is cold settled before being fermented at low temperature. Our Sauvignon Blanc is aged on lees in tank for about a month.

Tasting
This wine has a beautiful pale yellow color. With its delicate aromas of blackcurrant leaf and gooseberry, it is elegant, refreshing, and aromatic.
Food pairings
Its fruity and fresh aromas pair perfectly with seafood and goat cheeses. It is also excellent served on its own as an aperitif. Serve at 8°C.
